These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the honda44 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing or using the honda44 Platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, the honda44 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. All of the foregoing are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2.2 These Terms become effective upon your completion of the honda44 registration process and continue in force for the duration of your Account's existence, including after any suspension or closure until all outstanding financial obligations are settled.
2.3 Honda44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published at honda44.one/terms-conditions and, where practicable, Members will be notified via registered email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on honda44, you must:
3.2 Honda44 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including valid government-issued identity documentation (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport). Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified in any such request may result in Account suspension or closure.
3.3 Members are solely responsible for determining whether their use of honda44 is lawful in their jurisdiction. Honda44 makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction.
4.1 One Account Per Person. Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on honda44. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting"), whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. Members must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update their Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 Account Security. Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Honda44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a Member's failure to adequately protect their Account credentials. Members must notify honda44 support immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to their Account.
4.4 Identity Verification (KYC). Honda44 may require Members to complete identity verification at any point, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Required documentation may include, but is not limited to: a valid government-issued photo identification document; proof of address issued within the preceding three months; and verification of payment method ownership.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Honda44 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, and Visa/Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Honda44 reserves the right to modify these thresholds at any time.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Honda44 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM MYT, subject to KYC completion and fraud screening. Honda44 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment processor systems, bank processing times, or mandatory compliance procedures.
5.4 Source of Funds. Members warrant that all funds deposited into their honda44 Account are lawfully obtained and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. Honda44 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
5.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. Honda44 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, up to the amount of the original deposit. This policy applies to all Members and is a standard fraud-prevention measure.
6.1 Honda44 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives, including but not limited to: Welcome Bonuses, Deposit Match Bonuses, Free Spins, Cashback Promotions, and Rewards Tier Benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 30× (thirty times) the bonus amount before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The exact wagering requirement will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
6.3 Game Contributions. Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirement completion. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino games and table games typically contribute between 10% and 15%; certain games may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are published in the promotion's terms.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds and associated Free Spins must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited to the Account. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
6.5 Abuse & Fraud. Honda44 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering with other Members, exploiting software errors, or using bonus funds for the primary purpose of meeting withdrawal thresholds rather than genuine gameplay.
6.6 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated in a promotion's terms, only one bonus may be active in a Member's Account at a time. New bonuses generally cannot be claimed until the active bonus has been completed or forfeited.
7.1 All games offered on the honda44 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers and are subject to those developers' published game rules, which Members should review before playing.
7.2 Honda44 hosts games from internationally certified providers whose Random Number Generation (RNG) systems are independently audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published within each game's information panel.
7.3 In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the outcome of that round may be voided and any wagered amount refunded to the Member's Wallet. Honda44 is not liable for any perceived lost winnings arising from technical errors occurring during a game round.
7.4 Members are solely responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient funds in their Wallet before placing wagers. Honda44 does not offer credit facilities.
7.5 Game outcomes on live casino tables are determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, roulette wheels) operated by professional dealers in accredited studios. Live casino game results are final once the dealer has announced the outcome and the round is closed in the system.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the honda44 Platform. Engagement in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

10.1 All content on the honda44 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, and the "honda44" brand name and associated marks, is the property of honda44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
10.3 Members may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of honda44.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, honda44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services.
11.2 Honda44's total aggregate liability to a Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the liability.
11.3 Honda44 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Honda44 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Member's decision to gamble, including decisions made in reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
12.1 Honda44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Member's Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
12.2 Upon Account closure for cause, honda44 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and withhold Real Money Funds pending investigation. Where Real Money Funds are determined to be legitimately held, they will be returned to the Member via the original payment method.
12.3 Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting honda44 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to the settlement of any pending wagers or transactions.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to honda44's operating jurisdiction. By using the Platform, Members consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.
13.2 In the event of any dispute between a Member and honda44, the Member must first contact honda44 support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Honda44 will use reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 calendar days of receiving formal written notice.
13.3 If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be referred to the arbitration or dispute resolution mechanism specified by honda44's gaming licence authority.
14.1 Honda44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
14.2 The version of these Terms in force at the time a dispute arises shall govern that dispute, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
